Customer Service Representative - Summary- Serve as the primary point of contact for State Farm clients.
- Deliver a high level of customer service and support.
- Educate clients on insurance products and services.
- Contribute to the agency’s positive reputation and client retention.
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet clients in a professional manner.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships; provide timely follow-up as needed.
