Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarification.
- Educate customers about insurance products and services through a needs-based review process, ensuring clients are informed and confident in their decisions.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a daily commitment to achieving agency objectives and delivering remarkable customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the agency team to meet sales and service goals while upholding professional standards.
