Employment is with an independent contractor agent for a leading insurance provider. All employees must meet applicable licensing requirements and complete comprehensive training programs. Employees work directly for the agent, not the insurance company, ensuring a close-knit team environment with personalized leadership.
Customer Service Representative - Summary- Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance clients, delivering exceptional customer service
- Assist with inquiries related to policy coverage, eligibility, claims, billing, and account changes
- Educate clients on insurance options using a needs-based approach
- Support agency operations and contribute to a collaborative office culture
- Answer incoming calls and greet clients in a professional, courteous manner
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships, following up as needed
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding insurance products and services
- Process policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing clarifications efficiently
- Provide clients with clear, accurate information about insurance coverage and options
- Conduct needs-based reviews to help customers understand and select suitable products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
