Duties & Responsibilities

- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service in all interactions, including answering questions about insurance availability, policy coverage, eligibility, transfers, billing, and claims.
- Educate clients about various insurance options using a needs-based review process to ensure they receive appropriate coverage recommendations.

- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries, providing clear and thorough information to resolve issues and clarify policies.
- Work collaboratively with other agency team members to ensure seamless service and support.

- Generate and submit timely activity reports to the agent, documenting customer interactions and outcomes.
- Support agency marketing initiatives and customer retention strategies as needed.
