Customer Service Representative - Summary- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt and accurate service related to insurance products
- Develop long-term customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Educate clients on insurance options and assist with policy changes, billing, and claims
- Support agency growth and reputation by delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers
- Handle inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing
- Conduct needs-based reviews to educate customers about available insurance options
- Deliver timely and thorough activity reports to agency management
- Stay current on product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education requirements
- Uphold a strong work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to success and accuracy each day
