Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service in response to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate clients on insurance options using a needs-based review process.
- Promote a customer-centric approach by identifying solutions that align with clients’ needs and objectives.
