Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through consistent follow-up and effective communication.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service by addressing inquiries regarding insurance products, policy changes, claims, coverage availability, eligibility, and billing.
- Educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to ensure clients are informed about their choices.
