Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up, ensuring client needs are met in a timely manner.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance products, policy coverage, eligibility, billing, policy changes, transfers, claims, and other service-related questions.
- Educate customers on available insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process, empowering clients to make informed decisions about their coverage.
- Utilize effective communication skills to clarify policy details, address concerns, and facilitate smooth transactions for policy updates or claims.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training is provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus.
