Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including responding to questions about insurance eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to personal and team success
- Support the team by generating thorough and timely activity reports
- Stay current with product changes, technical developments, and continuing education requirements
- Assist with onboarding new customers and supporting existing clients through policy updates and service requests
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations and an excellent customer journey
