Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
- Support the daily operations of the front office, including managing inquiries, calls, and documentation
- Work in a full-time capacity, contributing to the agency’s mission and goals

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about products and services to clients and resolve any emerging issues in a timely manner
- Efficiently manage incoming and outbound calls, addressing customer questions and concerns
- Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established timeframes, and follow up to ensure complete resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and handle necessary documentation and filing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to agency policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications & Requirements
- No prior insurance experience required; training will be provided
- Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license as required by state regulations
- Strong phone communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with clients
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Patient, empathetic, and able to advocate for clients when necessary
