Responsibilities- Serve as the first and primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in person, representing the agency with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist clients with a variety of insurance-related inquiries, including policy changes, billing questions, and general account support, ensuring each request is handled promptly and accurately.
- Support insurance agents by managing policy documentation, maintaining detailed records, and assisting with follow-up communication to clients.
- Maintain and update client records to ensure accuracy and compliance with agency standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work proactively to resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome and fostering ongoing client satisfaction.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships by being reliable, responsive, and attentive to client needs.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and advanced organizational skills, including the ability to accurately manage client records and documentation.
- Effective time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Word, and a willingness to learn insurance-specific software systems.
