Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and following up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance policies, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate customers on available insurance options and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment to achieving daily and long-term goals, and uphold the agency’s service standards.
- Maintain timely and thorough activity reports to support agency operations and foster continuous improvement.
- Stay current with product updates, licensing requirements, technical developments, and participate in ongoing training and continuing education.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain or currently hold a valid Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Interest in obtaining a Life and Health insurance license in the future (opportunity provided by the agency).
