Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, following up as needed to address ongoing concerns and opportunities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions
- Utilize needs-based review processes to educate clients about available insurance options, helping them make informed decisions
- Maintain a high standard of work ethic and demonstrate a consistent commitment to success each day
- Keep thorough and timely records of customer interactions and activities, reporting to the agent as required
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
