Customer Service Dispatcher - Summary
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, managing scheduling and dispatch functions.
- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and efficient communication within the team.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls, schedule service appointments professionally, and document all interactions.
- Efficiently dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules to optimize resources and minimize downtime.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, and management, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Maintain, update, and organize customer records, work orders, and job information using dispatching software.
- Monitor multiple channels including emails, scheduling platforms, and vendor portals for new service requests.
- Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
- Support routine office operations, including documentation, data entry, and workflow management.
