Quality Assurance Analyst (QA Analyst) Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our remote team on a full-time basis. In this position, you will focus on evaluating digital customer journeys, testing the functionality of applications and websites, and delivering actionable feedback to enhance the user experience. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and usability for our digital platforms, working closely with development teams to create seamless and effective customer interactions.
Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive testing scenarios that accurately map out various customer journeys across multiple digital platforms, including web and mobile applications.
- Document any identified bugs, glitches, or areas where the user experience could be improved, using clear and concise language to ensure effective communication with technical teams.
- Collaborate consistently with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to relay feedback and ensure that issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of all customer touchpoints, making recommendations to optimize the end-to-end digital experience.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports highlighting findings, trends, and recommendations for improvement, supporting the ongoing enhancement of our digital products.
- Keen attention to detail, with the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Experience using remote collaboration tools and familiarity with concepts related to customer journey mapping.
- Previous background in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields is preferred and will be considered a strong asset.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device to perform daily tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
