Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer general anesthesia, monitored anesthesia care (MAC), spinal anesthesia, and epidurals
- Provide anesthesia services for a range of cases, including orthopedics, gynecology, gastrointestinal procedures, urology, general surgery, and healthy pediatric patients
- Perform ventilation and airway management, including intubation and extubation as needed
- Place and manage central and arterial lines
- Participate in a rotating call schedule, including night and weekend beeper call with a 15–30 minute response time
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize advanced anesthesia technology such as Dräger anesthesia machines, Omnicell medication dispensing systems, and Cerner EMR for documentation and medication management
- Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license
- Current certification through the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
- Ability to work independently in a medically supervised environment
- Experience with a broad range of cases, including general, orthopedic, gynecologic, gastrointestinal, urologic, and pediatric procedures
- Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques, airway management, and line placement
- Comfortable with both inpatient and outpatient care settings
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to participate in a rotating call schedule
