CRM Marketing Manager - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of customer engagement initiatives, specifically targeting loyalty program participation and customer retention.
- Manage, optimize, and analyze email marketing campaigns, with additional support for SMS and in-app engagement strategies.
- Extract, manipulate, and interpret data from Salesforce and other CRM platforms to inform campaign development and performance optimization.
- Design, build, and deploy comprehensive campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journey mapping and audience segmentation for highly targeted communications.
- Independently oversee campaign quality assurance (QA), managing all aspects of campaign setup and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and product, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Extensive hands-on technical experience (typically 4-10 years) in lifecycle or CRM marketing roles, with demonstrated ownership of campaign execution and optimization.
- Previous roles may include Campaign Manager, Solution Architect, or Technical Project Manager, with a strong preference for candidates with a technical marketing background.
- Expert proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including HTML/CSS development, dynamic content creation, and journey mapping.
- Advanced ability to extract and analyze large datasets from Salesforce and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to drive insights and inform strategy.
- Proven track record of designing and executing loyalty-focused campaigns that drive measurable improvements in retention and customer engagement.
