Critical Care RN - Summary- Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in a high-acuity setting.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to manage complex medical, surgical, cardiac, and neuro cases.
- Provide continuous assessment, monitoring, and intervention for patients experiencing acute health events.
- Manage life-sustaining interventions for patients with diverse medical, surgical, cardiac, and neuro needs.
- Monitor and titrate vasoactive medications, manage mechanical ventilation, and provide ongoing hemodynamic monitoring.
- Recognize and respond to changes in patient status, initiating rapid interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with intensivists, physicians, and other specialists to implement complex care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and promptly.
- Support patients and families by providing education and emotional reassurance during critical situations.

- Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience in a Critical Care or ICU environment.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
