We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Critical Care Nurse Practitioner (CCNP) to join our healthcare team for a five-month assignment providing comprehensive ICU coverage. Critical Care Nurse Practitioner (CCNP) - Summary- Full-time contract role providing ICU coverage over a five-month period

- Deliver comprehensive critical care management to adult ICU patients during nighttime shifts
- Perform advanced procedures including central and arterial line placements, intubations, catheter insertions, and Swan-Ganz catheter management
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
- Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor patient progress
- Document all care provided and maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records
- Participate in daily patient rounds, communicate effectively with the healthcare team, and address urgent patient needs
- Follow established protocols and guidelines for critical care management
