As a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP, NP-C), you will work a schedule that includes both night and day shifts, with pre-scheduled dates for April and May and consistent shift assignments in June and July. Duties & Responsibilities

- Demonstrate proficiency in ICU procedures, including but not limited to intubation, central line placement, and ventilator management
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results
- Initiate and manage advanced therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and nursing staff on patient care plans
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and compliance with all healthcare regulations
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care plans and treatments
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current and active Registered Nurse Practitioner license in Tennessee (ACNP, NP-C)
- DEA registration (transferrable or eligible)
- Board Certification (BC) required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Demonstrated proficiency in ICU procedures
- Previous experience in a critical care or intensive care unit setting preferred
