Duties & Responsibilities

- Intake, triage, and prioritize requests from stakeholders, managing a backlog of enhancements and bug fixes.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations, project management, production, systems administration, technical support, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience supporting and optimizing workflows, automations, databases, or operational systems.
- Familiarity with work management and database tools such as Jira and Airtable (or similar platforms).
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and no-code/low-code automation solutions.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to work independently and resolve ambiguous challenges.
