We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Director to join our dynamic marketing and creative team. Qualifications & Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in creative strategy, creative direction, integrated marketing, brand marketing, or related fields
- Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel marketing campaigns, strategic storytelling, and brand development
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills using PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar tools
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across interdisciplinary teams and stakeholder groups
- Experience managing multiple projects in deadline-driven environments
- Ability to influence creative direction and drive alignment without formal supervisory authority
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
Ideal Candidate Snapshot
- Background supporting fundraising, donor engagement, awareness, or mission-driven campaigns is advantageous
- Experience working within large or matrixed organizations preferred
- Familiarity with workflow and project management platforms such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tools
