Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary technical leader for Coupa platform configuration, integration, and ongoing support.
- Provide strategic technical guidance to optimize procurement workflows and platform performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable system configurations.
- Lead solution design and oversee technical implementation, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity across all enterprise systems.
- Support and execute platform modernization initiatives, including migrations and system transformations, while adhering to industry best practices.
- Configure Coupa workflows, forms, business rules, and data structures to ensure streamlined and scalable operations.
- Design, build, test, and troubleshoot integrations (such as APIs, middleware, and data mapping) between Coupa and other enterprise systems.
- Evaluate complex business requirements and translate them into effective and efficient system designs.
- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and implementation teams to deliver successful procurement technology solutions.
