Coupa Technical Lead - Summary- Primary technical leadership role for the Coupa procurement platform and related technologies.
- Responsible for solution design, integration, and technical support to optimize procurement processes.
- Drives platform enhancements, modernization, and best practices across procurement operations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary technical leader for Coupa platform configuration, integration, and ongoing support.
- Provide strategic technical guidance to optimize procurement workflows and platform performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable system configurations.
- Lead solution design and oversee technical implementation, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity across all enterprise systems.

- Configure Coupa workflows, forms, business rules, and data structures to ensure streamlined and scalable operations.
- Design, build, test, and troubleshoot integrations (such as APIs, middleware, and data mapping) between Coupa and other enterprise systems.
- Evaluate complex business requirements and translate them into effective and efficient system designs.
- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and implementation teams to deliver successful procurement technology solutions.

- Extensive functional and technical knowledge of the Coupa platform, with a focus on Supplier Information Management (SIM), supplier master data, and procure-to-pay workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to configure Coupa workflows, forms, business rules, and data structures for scalable procurement operations.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, testing, and troubleshooting integrations between Coupa and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and data mapping tools.
