Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Corticon business rules, ensuring high standards of accuracy and business alignment.
- Interpret business and functional requirements to build effective Corticon rule solutions for public assistance programs.
- Collaborate with functional analysts, subject matter experts, and technical teams to ensure the delivery of robust business rule solutions.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application defects related to Corticon business rules, providing clear documentation and communication on solutions.
- Partner with software testing teams to support validation of business rules, proactively addressing defects and ensuring quality outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing Corticon solutions, adapting to evolving business needs and regulatory changes.
