Corporate Recruiter - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, field-based, and corporate positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline hiring processes, track candidate progress, and ensure compliance with organizational protocols.
- Conduct interviews and candidate screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values.
- Represent the company at conferences, job fairs, and workshops, effectively communicating the employer brand and organizational mission.
- Prepare and deliver training materials to support hiring managers in effective recruitment, interviewing, and decision-making practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure a non-discriminatory and compliant hiring process.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably within logistics, warehouse, or delivery environments.
- Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications for effective recruitment management.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Thorough understanding of employment laws and best practices in equitable, non-discriminatory hiring.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
