As a Corporate Recruiter at Palm Health Resources, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent. Working closely with the Sales Operations Manager, you will conduct thorough screenings, facilitate interviews, and help make key hiring decisions. You will also represent Palm Health Resources at job fairs and community events, participate in marketing and branding initiatives, and leverage social media to extend the company’s reach within the healthcare staffing industry. Staying current on market trends and providing actionable insights to enhance recruitment strategies will be essential components of your responsibilities.
Accuracy and organization are paramount, as you will maintain detailed records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and regularly report key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate engagement, and placement success rates, to leadership. Your experience with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms will help you excel in this multi-faceted role.
