Contract Specialist - Summary
- Responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and management of service contract documents within the service management system.
- Supports the full contract renewal process, including setup, pricing validation, and client communications.
- Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective contract administration and operational efficiency.
- Reports directly to the Service Administration Manager and serves as a key resource for contract operations support.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and update service contract documentation in the branch’s system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
- Manage the contract renewal lifecycle, from initiation to final delivery, with a focus on meeting deadlines and client expectations.
- Validate contract pricing and terms, ensuring all agreements are consistent with company policies and customer requirements.
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding renewal timelines, required documentation, and contract terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to address contract-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
