Contract Administrator - Summary
- Responsible for supporting and coordinating all aspects of healthcare contract development, execution, and tracking.
- Works closely with physicians, providers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate contract management.
- Maintains contract tracking systems and manages documentation to support compliance and operational efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the drafting, review, and preparation of contract documentation for healthcare providers and partners.
- Coordinate the contract lifecycle by tracking progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining accurate records.
- Interface with physicians, physician offices, and multiple internal teams to facilitate contract negotiations and execution.
- Secure and collect signatures from providers, senior management, and leadership as required for contract completion.
- Update and maintain contract tracking systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Run reports and perform basic data analysis to support contract management and decision-making processes.
