Construction Superintendent – Healthcare Summary
- Lead and supervise field construction operations for healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with project plans and timelines.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise multiple healthcare construction job sites from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Direct and support field personnel to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Create, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules.
- Identify and resolve project challenges or delays proactively.
- Order materials and coordinate necessary inspections for compliance and quality assurance.
- Develop and maintain site logistics plans; ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and operational.
- Apply technical knowledge across multiple trades and construction scopes.
- Prepare and supervise completion of final punch lists and project closeout documentation.
- Promote job site safety; identify and rectify hazards and encourage safe work practices.
- Ensure all employees and subcontractors adhere to the company’s safety standards and policies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.

- Excellent interpersonal abilities for managing a diverse team and working with varied stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of hospital infrastructure systems and experience delivering large hospital or acute care facility projects.
- ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) certification required.
