Construction Superintendent - Summary
- Responsible for daily onsite management and supervision of construction projects.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans, schedules, and safety standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, self-performed work, and manage project documentation.
- Maintain communication with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, and contractors.
- Support organizational goals through a commitment to quality, safety, and team collaboration.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of onsite construction, including supervision of subcontractors and self-performed work.
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate and process requests for information and clarifications as needed.
- Maintain accurate as-built drawings and ensure regular documentation of project progress through photos and reports.
- Track costs, manage budget adherence, and assist in identifying and managing project changes.
- Review shop drawings and submittals for project coordination and compliance.
- Lead the implementation of company and project safety plans, ensuring a safe work environment at all times.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Foster positive relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Comply with all contract documents, specifications, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and public works construction environments
- Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy job site environment
- Ability to resolve issues independently based on company and project standards
- Excellent judgment, logical decision-making, and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore and MS Project scheduling is a plus
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record
