As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining documentation, and serving as the primary point of contact for onsite matters. Construction Superintendent - Summary- Lead and manage all onsite construction activities for assigned projects
- Ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence throughout project lifecycle
- Foster teamwork and collaboration across all project stakeholders

- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, multi-prime contractors, and self-performed work
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and contractors
- Process requests for clarifications and update as-built drawings as needed
- Track costs, materials, and resources to ensure efficient project execution
- Develop and update project schedules regularly
- Ensure progress photos and daily reports are accurately prepared and maintained
- Comply with contract documents, ensuring all work meets required specifications and standards
- Review shop drawings and submittals for project coordination
- Assist project managers in identifying and estimating changes in the scope of work
- Implement and lead project and company safety plans onsite
- Collaborate closely with project manager and project team as required

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and public works construction
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced job site environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues independently
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Procore and MS Project is a plus
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history required
