Construction Superintendent - Summary
- Oversee the daily operations and progress of commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with contract documents, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Maintain open communication with owners, architects, consultants, and contractors.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for on-site construction of assigned projects, coordinating subcontractors and multi-prime contractors as needed.
- Develop, maintain, and regularly update project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Supervise self-performed work items and process requests for clarifications promptly.
- Maintain positive working relationships with all project stakeholders, including owners, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Track project costs and other key metrics to ensure effective supervision of the construction process.
- Update as-built drawings and assure the quality of materials and workmanship meets specifications and standards.
- Prepare accurate daily reports and capture progress photos throughout the course of construction.
- Review shop drawings and submittals to coordinate project requirements and identify potential changes.
- Assist the Project Manager in estimating and processing changes in scope of work.
- Lead implementation of company and project-specific safety plans, ensuring a safe work environment for all employees and contractors.
- Collaborate with the assigned Project Manager and other team members as required to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction and public works is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy job site environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues independently, adhering to project and company standards.
- Excellent judgment, logical reasoning, and a readiness to learn new processes and technologies.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required; experience with Procore and MS Project scheduling software is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving history are required.
