Construction Superintendent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Direct on-site construction activities for assigned projects, including coordination of subcontractors and multi-prime contracts.
- Maintain productive relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise and manage self-performed work, ensuring all tasks meet quality and safety standards.
- Process requests for clarifications, manage as-built drawings, and track project costs and progress.
- Develop and update project schedules regularly; ensure timely completion of key milestones.
- Ensure progress photos and daily reports are accurately prepared and submitted.
- Verify compliance with contract documents, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Review shop drawings and submittals to ensure proper coordination.
- Assist the Project Manager in identifying and estimating changes in scope or work orders.
- Lead the implementation of project and company safety programs, promoting a culture of safety on site.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members as required to achieve project goals.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and public works construction preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and aptitude for numerical analysis.
- Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic job site environment.
- Demonstrated capability to resolve issues independently, following company and project standards.
- Excellent judgment, logical reasoning, and a commitment to continuous learning.
