Construction Superintendent - Summary- Lead and supervise all phases of mechanical and plumbing construction projects, ranging from basic commercial installations to large, complex industrial systems.
- Promote and enforce company safety programs and maintain a healthy work environment.
- Represent the company in client interactions, project meetings, and strategy sessions.
- Work closely with project managers and executive leadership to achieve project success.
- Direct and oversee the work performed by field crews on commercial and industrial mechanical and plumbing projects.
- Establish and implement project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in alignment with corporate policies.
- Maintain liaison with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth construction activities.
- Manage, direct, and lead project field manpower to ensure timely project completion within budget constraints.
- Identify and address potentially serious situations, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Represent the company in all project meetings and assist in strategy development.
- Oversee and ensure the quality of installed products and systems.
- Manage and optimize manpower scheduling to maintain or improve labor budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers for seamless project execution.
