Construction Superintendent - Summary- Supervises and manages commercial construction projects, including basic to complex installations.
- Ensures safety, quality, and compliance with all project standards and timelines.
- Acts as a primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and project teams.
- Represents the company in project and strategy meetings, collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Oversee onsite construction activities and manage project field manpower.
- Establish and implement project objectives, policies, and procedures within company guidelines.
- Maintain liaison with clients and design team to facilitate project progress.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Represent the company in meetings and collaborate with project managers for strategic planning.
- Manage the quality of installed products and systems.
- Schedule and allocate manpower to optimize labor budgets.
- Supervise multiple foremen and coordinate with other supervisors as required.
