- Develop, maintain, and drive the project construction schedule, updating daily to track progress and meet milestones
- Issue and confirm material and service purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and proper inventory management
- Supervise and mentor field employees, sub-trades, and subcontractors, promoting efficient work and professional development
- Lead regular project meetings with stakeholders to monitor progress and address issues proactively
- Maintain comprehensive daily logs and prepare weekly progress reports submitted by the end of each week
- Conduct and document weekly safety meetings and inspections
- Establish strong, credible relationships with owners, contractors, architects, and engineers
- Review and verify vendor drawings, submittals, and compliance with project documentation
- Participate in project planning, means, and methods, promoting innovative solutions and work plans
- Authorize and approve personnel transactions, staffing, and scheduling in collaboration with project managers

- Working knowledge of all construction trades and the ability to interpret specifications and plans
- OSHA 10-hour training or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and advanced skills in Microsoft Project
- Experience with project management software such as Procore
- Understanding of BIM, LEAN, and LEED practices considered an asset
- Ability to work outdoors year-round and travel across construction sites as needed
