- Establish and maintain all dimensional controls and verify the quality of installation.
- Schedule and oversee all required inspections, ensuring quality documentation.

- Administer client-specific programs such as safety, security, and site rules.
- Participate in pre-construction, progress, and project meetings.
- Manage self-performed work to align with budget and schedule objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Extensive experience with ground-up and tilt-up commercial construction projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in auto dealership construction is highly preferred.
