Construction Superintendent - Summary
As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee the field operations for assigned construction projects, directly managing and coordinating all onsite activities. Your leadership will ensure timely project delivery, compliance with budgetary requirements, and strict adherence to quality and safety standards. Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all onsite construction activities, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal productivity.
- Direct field personnel to achieve project milestones on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with plans and specifications.
- Create, maintain, and adjust project schedules while proactively identifying and resolving challenges.
- Order materials, coordinate deliveries, and schedule necessary inspections throughout project phases.
- Possess a strong understanding of various construction trades and manage self-performed tasks as needed.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members.
- Prepare and supervise completion of project punch lists to ensure all work meets specified quality standards.
- Promote and enforce job site safety protocols, immediately addressing any site hazards.
- Ensure all personnel adhere to the company’s comprehensive safety policies and procedures.
- Develop site logistics plans, maintaining an organized, clean job site and construction office environment.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $215,000, based on experience and companywide standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production management of construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Organized and systematic approach to achieving accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Strong interpersonal skills for managing diverse personalities and fostering a positive team environment.
- Physical capability to navigate construction sites, including traversing uneven terrain, climbing ladders, and conducting visual inspections.
