Duties & Responsibilities- Manage, plan, and direct all project activities, providing decisive leadership and support to project teams throughout Las Vegas, NV.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive CPM schedules to track progress and ensure all goals are achieved according to project design documents and timelines.
- Oversee project budgets, including company self-performed work, and guarantee adherence to financial targets.
- De-scope all subcontractors, draft thorough subcontract agreements, and maintain proactive communication to ensure prompt performance and compliance.
- Prepare and submit owner billings, and manage the timely execution of owner change orders and schedule updates.
- Apply knowledge of commonly used field concepts, practices, and procedures, particularly those relevant to self-performed work and public works projects.
- Negotiate with owners and public entities, ensuring clear, professional, and effective communication at all times.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, upholding quality assurance and safety standards on every project site in Las Vegas, NV.
- Participate in project procurement, business development, marketing, preconstruction, and estimating as required.

- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Construction Superintendent or equivalent with a Commercial General Contractor.
- Proven background as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager on public agency projects, such as school districts or municipal facilities.
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling software, including Procore, Timberline, Microsoft Office Suite, and P6 (or similar).
- Experience across various project types, including office, education, retail, federal/municipal, hospitality, sports/recreation, parking structures, and tenant improvements or renovations.
- Commitment to learning company-specific procedures and integrating into the broader project management team.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Willingness to visit project sites weekly (or as needed based on project scope and complexity) to ensure effective oversight.
- Demonstrates a proactive, self-starting attitude and a dedication to quality project delivery.
- Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders, including owners, subcontractors, and public entities.
