Construction Superintendent - Summary- Lead and manage large-scale K-12 construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate multiple project teams, ensuring alignment with company and client objectives.
- Oversee all onsite activities, including safety, scheduling, and quality control.
- Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Coach and guide subcontractors on safe construction practices to ensure zero incidents.
- Implement comprehensive quality control measures, promptly addressing deficiencies.
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, identifying the critical path for all stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective coordination among subcontractors and encourage collaborative problem-solving.
- Work proactively with design teams and owners to resolve challenges and manage unforeseen conditions.
- Review all construction drawings, project specifications, and material submittals for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare detailed daily progress reports and provide regular weekly schedule updates to management and clients.
- Utilize project management software such as Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Procore to optimize project delivery.
- Ensure all onsite operations adhere to company policies and industry best practices for safety and efficiency.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with trade partners and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

- Minimum 10 years of construction experience, preferably managing large-scale projects.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in K-12 construction projects strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Procore software.
- In-depth knowledge of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and project delivery methods (CMAR/Design-Build).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of ASIs, RFIs, and material submittals.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and deliver outstanding client service.
