Construction Superintendent - Summary- Lead and manage all phases of commercial and public works construction projects, ensuring seamless on-site operations.
- Oversee projects ranging from $50M to $100M, including educational facilities and community developments.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including subcontractors and technical specialists.
- Implement and uphold the highest safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycles.
- Utilize advanced technical tools and digital blueprints for superior project execution.
- Supervise the integration of MEP, HVAC, and utility systems into complex builds.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and quality control measures are strictly followed at every project stage.
- Review and interpret digital blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications for structural and systems integration.
- Monitor and manage project schedules, establish critical paths, and ensure timely progress.
- Lead coordination meetings with subcontractors to optimize collaboration and workflow.
- Build and maintain trust with owners, architects, and design teams through regular, clear communication.
- Provide detailed daily progress reports and comprehensive weekly schedule updates to stakeholders.
