As a Construction Project Manager (PM), you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of assigned construction projects, including planning, coordination, execution, and closeout. You will serve as the central point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and the smooth flow of project information. Your ability to interpret blueprints, manage schedules, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers will be essential to achieving project objectives. Construction Project Manager (PM) - Summary
- Oversee all aspects of assigned commercial construction projects, from initial planning through completion.
- Work with a collaborative team dedicated to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze blueprints, drawings, specifications, proposals, and related documents.
- Perform quantity take-offs and estimates for both self-performed and subcontracted work.
- Conduct schematic estimating and project scheduling to ensure timely project delivery.
- Gather and evaluate quotes from subcontractors and material suppliers.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze alternative construction solutions and methods to maximize efficiency.
- Prepare and manage owner and subcontractor billings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process and track submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Resolve discrepancies by collecting and interpreting relevant information.
- Oversee planning, designing, and coordinating project execution to meet all contracted goals.
- Review and approve designs, construction drawings, bid documents, pay applications, and change orders.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in construction management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability in planning, design, coordination, and conflict resolution within construction projects.
- Experience reviewing and managing project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook), Sage 100, Procore, and Bluebeam.
- Strong math skills and familiarity with commercial construction estimating, means and methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards and safety practices.
- Good driving record (travel may be offered as part of the role).
