The Construction Project Manager (PM) is a key leadership role responsible for the comprehensive oversight and coordination of cleanroom construction projects from initial planning to successful completion. This position ensures that all phases of construction are executed on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. As a Construction Project Manager (PM), you will collaborate extensively with Superintendents, project teams, owners, consultants, and subcontractors to drive project success, foster communication, and facilitate problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Construction Project Manager (PM) - Summary
- Lead cleanroom construction projects from project inception to final completion
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, including owners, consultants, and subcontractors
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to promote project efficiency and success
- Uphold safety standards and regulatory compliance throughout the construction process
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction operations from preconstruction through closeout phases
- Collaborate with Superintendents to monitor schedules, budgets, and project performance
- Participate in preconstruction activities, including coordination with estimating and project teams
- Support value engineering initiatives to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Manage design-build projects, including coordination with design consultants and oversight of design schedules
- Review architectural drawings and specifications to ensure all project requirements are met
- Direct and coordinate project team members to achieve seamless project delivery
- Ensure subcontractor insurance and bonding requirements are met before project commencement
- Manage project documentation, including project summaries, photos, and database updates
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project owners, subcontractors, and consultants
- Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Represent the company professionally with all clients and regulatory agencies
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Assistant Project Managers and team members
- Promote jobsite safety in partnership with Superintendents
- Identify and implement opportunities to strengthen project safety procedures
- Manage all project documentation, including submittals, drawings, and specifications
- Oversee Procore operations and document control processes
- Administer subcontracts and purchase orders
- Monitor project financial performance, including vendor invoices and owner billing
- Maintain cost forecasts, monitor project budgets, and manage change orders
- Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle and manage warranty issues
- Conduct site inspections for compliance with codes, safety regulations, and specifications

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of construction experience with project management responsibilities
- Experience with project cost management and estimating
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Sage/Timberline and Procore or similar platforms
- Experience with scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Working knowledge of Revit
- Ability and willingness to travel as required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of construction design, building systems, and project planning principles
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Understanding of building estimates and feasibility studies
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team coordination experience
- Strong organizational and workflow management abilities
- Familiarity with procurement processes and contract documents
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes and regulations
- Ability to conduct site inspections and approve completed work
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other PC-based systems in a Windows environment
