The Construction Project Manager role is an essential leadership position responsible for overseeing the full cycle of commercial construction projects. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all project deliverables, including schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction, are met or exceeded. Maintaining and updating project master schedules, utilizing platforms such as Primavera P6, and implementing the Last Planner System (LPS) are critical to successful project delivery.
Quality management and process optimization are integral to this position. The Construction Project Manager will develop and implement quality management protocols aligned with owner contracts, oversee the coordination and submittal process, and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) plans. You will be called upon to resolve field quality issues and maintain alignment between owner and subcontractor agreements. Your ability to interpret and enforce regional labor agreements, including Project Labor Agreements (PLA), is essential for project compliance.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant construction experience
- Experience managing large commercial projects; familiarity with healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses, justice, and science & technology sectors desirable
- Background in multiple construction disciplines (civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing) beneficial
- Strong ability to prioritize, manage complex projects, and anticipate challenges
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel expertise required); knowledge of Procore construction software preferred
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor diverse teams
