- Create, manage, and adjust project schedules to optimize project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain strict control over project budgets, monitoring costs to ensure projects remain within financial parameters.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring that all work meets quality standards and deadlines.
- Solicit bids from subcontractors, evaluate proposals, and award subcontracts in alignment with project needs and company guidelines.
- Work alongside the in-house field construction team to support efficient project operations and address any on-site challenges.
- Identify and plan for long-lead items and complex aspects unique to custom home construction.
- Maintain an organized and clean job site at all times, promoting safety and orderliness for all team members and visitors.
- Extensive experience in residential construction, particularly in custom home projects.
