Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of assigned construction projects, including comprehensive planning, detailed budgeting, project scheduling, procurement, and project closeout.
- Oversee 3–4 active projects concurrently, coordinating with the project team, controller, and field superintendents to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Prepare, review, and track bids and subcontractor scopes of work using industry-standard software platforms such as Bid Mail and Blue Book.
- Maintain strict control of project budgets and financial records, utilizing tools like Master Builder for financial tracking and reporting.
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules, reports, and budget forecasts to provide transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure strict adherence to project plans, specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards at every stage of construction.
- Lead subcontractor meetings, issue and manage RFIs (Requests for Information) and change orders, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address challenges, and verify compliance with project objectives and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to drive project success.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a preference for candidates with direct experience in restaurant or fuel station construction projects.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as experience with industry-specific tools such as Master Builder, Bid Mail, and Blue Book.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and cost control best practices.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and balance competing priorities.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is also valued.
