Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple project sites and manage all phases, including preconstruction, active construction, closeout, and post-construction activities.
- Develop, implement, and adjust project work plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve project objectives.
- Lead the selection, coordination, and performance management of subcontractors and vendors.
- Manage all project financials, including estimating, forecasting, change orders, cash flow, and comprehensive reporting.
- Ensure strict compliance with contracts, permits, and all regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction quality, enforce safety protocols, and track progress.
- Supervise and mentor Project Engineers, providing guidance, reviewing reports, and resolving challenges as they arise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and owners by providing timely project updates and addressing concerns proactively.
- Identify potential project risks, disputes, or issues and implement effective solutions to mitigate them.
