Construction Project Manager - Summary
- Lead and oversee construction projects in K-12, healthcare, and public works sectors.
- Maintain responsibility for project financials, timelines, resource management, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 7-10 years of general contracting project management experience in construction.
- Proven expertise in budget management and cost forecasting for complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing K-12, healthcare, and public works construction projects.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience required.
