Construction Operations Coordinator - Summary

- Coordinate QuickBase tool orders and conduct monthly tool inventory in collaboration with site foremen.
- Organize and prepare material orders for management approval, and coordinate rental equipment as needed to meet project demands.
- Collect daily and weekly reports from construction crews, compile data, and maintain updated labor schedules.
- Update the jobsite whiteboard regularly to reflect current project status, tasks, and personnel assignments.
- Support site managers and foremen with additional administrative tasks as required for project success.
