Duties & Responsibilities- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized construction site by performing general site cleanup and debris removal, including sweeping, raking, and waste collection.
- Support skilled tradespersons by assisting with material handling, equipment setup, and basic tool operation, following supervision and safety protocols.
- Load and unload construction materials, ensuring proper storage and efficient use of space on the job site.
- Prepare work areas with barricades, signage, and safety cones as directed by supervisors or project managers.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision while strictly adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.
- Assist in the demolition of non-load-bearing structures and the removal of old materials as required by project specifications.
- Transport tools and equipment to and from designated work areas, maintaining proper organization and inventory control in storage areas.
- Consistently wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats and safety boots, and follow all safety procedures on site.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members, supervisors, and project managers to meet daily and project-wide milestones.
- Identify and immediately report any unsafe conditions or hazards to the site supervisor to maintain a high standard of workplace safety.
- Assist with minor repair and maintenance tasks as requested, contributing to the overall efficiency of the construction team.

- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in general labor or construction support roles.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment, with a willingness to learn safe operation practices.

This Construction Laborer role is on-site and requires daily attendance at the designated construction project location.
